No matter what product or industry, there’s two ways to think about innovation:
1) Being on an existing S curve, doing incremental innovation of something that already exists
2) Going about it in a completely new way and trying to entirely change the current ways of doing things (rethinking the concept). This is what is called disruptive innovation.
So how does this relate to Recruitment? Because I think Recruitment is very soon going to be thoroughly disrupted. The mentality of digital job adverts is on it’s way out. The Searchies like to break rules and re-invent the way things are done.
