She has worked for Dow Jones and specialised within Private Equity, Venture Capital and Investment Funds. Not only does she have experience of working within the GCC but also globally. She has established a reputable and elaborate global network of candidates and Clients within the industry.
Her business acumen entails partnering up with clients and collaborating with them to understand company aspirations and prospects.
Coming from a Banking, IT, Training and HR background, Hena is experienced in building up teams and operations. Her persistence in understanding client needs and delivering, has led to transparent relationships with her clients.
Having a strong knowledge of Digital Media and IT, Hena is able to conduct detailed processes to qualify candidates on behalf of her clients. She has connected with various specialists in the industry and is consistently learning about new technologies.
Coming from a Project Management background Sumira has a profound understanding of what it takes to deliver complex business transformation.
So utilising this insight is invaluable to managing the recruitment process. Her appreciation of keeping to milestones is one of her strengths. Sumira is aware of the overall business impact and enjoys working to deliver the impossible.
She has experience of working within the UK and Mena region. She is efficient and always works hard to make the process as smooth as possible.
With over 6 years of recruitment experience, 3 of which are within the UAE. She is highly regarded by many reputable and well known clients within the MENA region and holds exclusive agreements with over 80% of all clients.
As a subject matter expert within FMCG & Marketing, Nicki uses a hands on approach to help guide and coach the team. Her dedication in market mapping has resulted in building a very strong network and has been very successful delivering requirements.
